This Invoice is issued in accordance with the freelance service agreement (Contract Ref: FRC/2025/0112) between Studio Luce Digital S.r.l., a UX UI design studio based in Rome, Italy, and TechNova Solutions S.p.A. All UX UI design deliverables referenced in this Invoice were produced, reviewed, and approved within the service period stated above.
All intellectual property rights to the final UX UI design assets, design system components, prototypes, and documentation transfer to TechNova Solutions S.p.A. upon full settlement of this Invoice. The UX UI Designer retains the right to display completed work in a professional portfolio for non-commercial purposes, subject to a 30-day post-launch embargo.
This Invoice is governed by Italian law (Codice Civile, Book V, Title III — Professional Services). Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated UX UI design services shall be resolved by the competent courts of Rome, Italy. The parties agree to attempt mediation before initiating any legal proceedings.
This document constitutes a valid electronic Invoice (Fattura Elettronica) compliant with the requirements of the Agenzia delle Entrate (Italian Revenue Agency) and the SdI (Sistema di Interscambio) electronic invoicing system. A digital copy has been transmitted via the SdI platform on the date of issue.
