Important Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice covers all UX UI Designer professional services rendered by CreativePixel Studio for the period of April 1 through June 10, 2025, as outlined in the master service agreement (Ref: SNA-UX-2025-003) signed in Abidjan, Ivory Coast.
2. All deliverables, including source files, design system documentation, and interactive prototypes, will be transferred to the client upon full and verified payment of this Invoice.
3. The UX UI Designer engagement was conducted primarily at the CreativePixel Studio office in Cocody, Abidjan, with on-site usability testing sessions held at the client's premises in Plateau, Abidjan, Ivory Coast.
4. Any additional revision cycles beyond the three (3) included in Line Item 6 will be billed separately at the standard UX UI Designer hourly rate of 25,000 XOF per hour.
5. This Invoice is subject to the tax regulations of the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire. The 18% VAT applied is in compliance with the Code Général des Impôts of Ivory Coast. A certified tax receipt (reçu fiscal) will be provided upon request.
6. All intellectual property rights to the final designs transfer to the client upon full payment. CreativePixel Studio retains the right to display the project in its professional portfolio with the client's written consent.
7. Disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the commercial courts of Abidjan, Ivory Coast.
