This Invoice covers the full scope of UX UI Designer services rendered by Kyoto Digital Craft Studio for Sakamoto Holdings K.K. during the engagement period of March 3 through June 10, 2025. All work was performed primarily at our studio located in the Gion district of Japan Kyoto, with select on-site visits to the client's Nakagyo-ku office.

Terms & Conditions
- This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Service Agreement (Contract No. CTR-UXUI-2025-0119) executed between Kyoto Digital Craft Studio and Sakamoto Holdings K.K. on February 20, 2025, in Japan Kyoto.
- All UX UI Designer deliverables, including but not limited to design files, research documentation, prototypes, and the design system, remain the intellectual property of Kyoto Digital Craft Studio until full payment of this Invoice is received.
- The client acknowledges that the UX UI Designer services were tailored specifically for the Japan Kyoto market, incorporating localized cultural design patterns, Japanese typography standards, and region-specific user behavior insights.
- Any additional revisions beyond the scope defined in the original contract will be billed separately at the standard UX UI Designer hourly rate of ¥12,000 per hour, subject to a minimum two-hour charge.
- This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the issue date. After this period, the client must request a reissued Invoice in writing.
- All disputes arising from this Invoice shall be governed by the laws of Japan and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kyoto District Court.
- The UX UI Designer engagement included a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) covering all proprietary data, user research findings, and business strategies shared during the project. This obligation survives the completion of this Invoice by a period of three years.
