Invoice Notes & Payment Instructions
This Invoice covers all UX UI Designer professional services rendered by PixelCraft Design Studio to Shinsei Digital Solutions K.K. during the period of May 5, 2025, through June 14, 2025, within the Japan Tokyo metropolitan region.
Please remit payment of 4,030,400 JPY via bank transfer to the account listed above no later than the due date of July 15, 2025. Kindly reference Invoice number PC-2025-0487 in your payment remittance to ensure proper accounting reconciliation.
All deliverables, including source Figma files, research recordings, and documentation, have been transferred to the client's secure project portal. The UX UI Designer retains no copies of proprietary client data in accordance with Japan's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
Terms & Conditions
1. This Invoice is subject to the Master Service Agreement (MSA) dated April 1, 2025, between PixelCraft Design Studio and Shinsei Digital Solutions K.K. All terms of the MSA apply to this Invoice and the services described herein.
2. Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the issue date of this Invoice. Late payments shall incur a penalty interest of 1.5% per month, calculated from the due date until the date of full settlement, in compliance with Japan's Late Payment Interest on Corporate Transactions Act.
3. All UX UI Designer intellectual property, including but not limited to design files, research methodologies, and proprietary frameworks, remain the exclusive property of PixelCraft Design Studio unless explicitly stated otherwise in the MSA. The client receives a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the final deliverables for internal business purposes within Japan Tokyo and its affiliated entities.
4. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated services shall be resolved through mediation in Tokyo, Japan, under the jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court, in accordance with the laws of Japan.
5. This Invoice constitutes the final and complete billing for the services described. No additional charges will be incurred beyond the amounts stated unless a formal change order is executed in writing by both parties.
