Invoice Notes & Terms
This Invoice is issued by Amani Digital Design Studio, a registered UX UI Designer firm operating in Kenya Nairobi, in accordance with the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) eTIMS compliance requirements. All services rendered by our UX UI Designer team were performed between 1 March 2025 and 10 June 2025 at the client's premises in Upper Hill, Kenya Nairobi, and at our studio in Westlands, Kenya Nairobi.
The total amount of KES 1,309,800.00 (One Million Three Hundred and Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Kenyan Shillings only) is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of this Invoice. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 2% per month as stipulated under the Kenya Income Tax Act and applicable commercial law.
All intellectual property rights to the final UX UI Designer deliverables, including but not limited to wireframes, mockups, design system components, and prototypes, shall transfer to the client upon full and final payment of this Invoice. The UX UI Designer retains the right to display completed work in their professional portfolio for marketing purposes, subject to the client's written consent.
