Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice is payable within thirty (30) calendar days from the Invoice date of 14 June 2025. Payment is to be made in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD) via bank transfer to the account of Al-Nakheel Digital Design Studio, National Bank of Kuwait, Account No. 0045-8821-3376, SWIFT: NBKWKWKA.
A late payment fee of 2 percent per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date of 14 July 2025. The 5 percent early payment discount applies only if full payment is received on or before 28 June 2025.
All services rendered by the UX UI Designer are subject to the terms outlined in the Master Service Agreement dated 20 May 2025, executed in Kuwait City, Kuwait. Intellectual property rights to all final design deliverables transfer to the client upon full payment of this Invoice.
Notes & Additional Information
This Invoice covers all UX UI Designer professional services rendered between 2 June 2025 and 13 June 2025 for the Bayan Financial Group digital banking project. All work was performed by a certified UX UI Designer operating from the Al-Nakheel Digital Design Studio premises in Kuwait City, Kuwait.
The UX UI Designer confirms that all deliverables comply with Kuwait's National Digital Strategy guidelines and the Central Bank of Kuwait's digital service accessibility requirements. All user data collected during research phases in Kuwait City was handled in accordance with Kuwait's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 30 of 2016).
