This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Late payments will incur a penalty of 2% per month as per the terms agreed upon in the service contract.
Important Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice covers all UX UI Designer services rendered between 1 March 2025 and 12 June 2025 in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur. All deliverables have been accepted in writing by the client's project manager.
2. The UX UI Designer engagement included full intellectual property transfer of all design assets, source files, and documentation upon full settlement of this Invoice.
3. Any additional revisions beyond the agreed scope (exceeding 10% of original deliverables) will be billed separately at the standard UX UI Designer hourly rate of RM 350.00 per hour.
4. This Invoice is subject to the Service Agreement dated 28 February 2025, governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
5. The SST (Sales and Service Tax) of 8% has been applied in accordance with the Malaysian Inland Revenue Board (LHDN) regulations. A tax invoice can be issued upon request for corporate tax deduction purposes.
6. All work was conducted in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia. User research data collected during the UX UI Designer engagement has been securely stored and will be purged within 90 days of project completion.
Project Summary
This Invoice represents the complete engagement of our senior UX UI Designer, Ms. Nurul Aisyah binti Hassan (12 years of experience), for the end-to-end design of TechNova Solutions' next-generation mobile banking platform. The project was executed entirely in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur, with all client meetings, user testing sessions, and design workshops held at the client's office in The Exchange TRX and our studio at Menara KLCC. The UX UI Designer delivered a fully accessible, culturally responsive design system aligned with Malaysian digital standards and the Malaysian Standard MS 1525:2018 for digital accessibility.
