Invoice Notes & Payment Instructions
This Invoice is issued by a certified UX UI Designer operating in Morocco Casablanca in accordance with Moroccan commercial law and the applicable tax regulations set forth by the Direction Générale des Impôts (DGI). All services described herein were performed as part of a professional engagement between the UX UI Designer and the client for the purpose of enhancing digital product experiences within the Moroccan and broader North African market.

Important Terms: This Invoice must be settled within fifteen (15) calendar days from the issue date. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Moroccan commercial code Article L441-10. The UX UI Designer reserves the right to suspend ongoing services if payment is not received by the due date. All intellectual property rights to the final design deliverables shall transfer to the client upon full and final payment of this Invoice. The UX UI Designer retains the right to display completed work in a professional portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Scope Clarification: This Invoice covers the UX UI Designer services as itemized above. Any additional revisions beyond the agreed scope, changes in project requirements, or extended timelines will be subject to a separate change-order Invoice. The UX UI Designer based in Morocco Casablanca is available for a maximum of three (3) revision cycles per deliverable without additional charge.
Legal Notice: This Invoice constitutes a legally binding document under Moroccan law. In the event of any dispute, the competent courts of Casablanca, Morocco shall have exclusive jurisdiction. The parties agree to attempt amicable resolution before initiating any legal proceedings. This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue.
