Terms & Conditions
- This Invoice is issued by PixelCraft Design Studio, a registered design agency operating in Nepal Kathmandu, and is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
- All services rendered by the UX UI Designer are subject to the Master Service Agreement (MSA) signed on May 1, 2025, between both parties. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Kathmandu District Court, Nepal.
- Intellectual property rights for all design deliverables, including wireframes, UI screens, prototypes, and design system components, shall transfer to the client upon full and final payment of this Invoice.
- The UX UI Designer retains the right to display completed work in their professional portfolio unless a separate non-disclosure agreement is in place.
- Any additional scope of work beyond the deliverables listed in this Invoice will be billed separately at the agreed hourly rate of NPR 3,500 per hour.
- All amounts are quoted in Nepali Rupees (NPR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes as per the Inland Revenue Department of Nepal regulations.
- This Invoice must be settled in full by the due date. Failure to make payment within the stipulated period may result in suspension of ongoing design support services.
