Late Payment: In accordance with Dutch commercial law (Article 6:119a of the Dutch Civil Code), a late payment interest rate of 8% per annum will apply to overdue amounts, plus a minimum compensation of €40 per invoice.
Disputes: Any disputes regarding this Invoice must be raised in writing within 10 business days of receipt. Unpaid amounts after the due date may be referred to a Dutch debt collection agency.
Notes & Additional Information
This Invoice covers all UX UI Designer professional services rendered by Studio Pixel & Flow B.V. for the project referenced above. All design work was conducted in compliance with the Dutch Working Conditions Act (Arbeidsomstandighedenwet) and applicable data protection regulations under the GDPR (AVG) as enforced in the Netherlands.
All intellectual property rights to the final design deliverables, including but not limited to wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, design system components, and interactive prototypes, shall transfer to the client upon full and final payment of this Invoice. Until such payment is received, the UX UI Designer retains all rights to the work product.
The services described in this Invoice were performed at the client's premises located in Netherlands Amsterdam, as well as remotely via secure collaboration tools. All on-site work was scheduled in accordance with the client's office hours and the Dutch labor regulations regarding maximum working hours.
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Dutch Tax Administration (Belastingdienst) requirements for electronic invoicing. A digital copy of this Invoice is valid and legally binding. The client is requested to retain this document for their tax records for a minimum of seven years as per Dutch fiscal law.
