Terms & Conditions – UX UI Designer Services Invoice
This Invoice is issued by Alexandra Mitchell Design Studio, a registered UX UI Designer operating in New Zealand Auckland, in accordance with the services agreement dated 20 May 2025. The following terms govern this Invoice and the associated professional design services:
- All design deliverables, including but not limited to wireframes, prototypes, design systems, and user research documentation, remain the intellectual property of the UX UI Designer until full payment of this Invoice is received in full.
- Upon receipt of complete payment, all rights to the final design assets, source files, and documentation are transferred to the client. The UX UI Designer retains the right to display completed work in their professional portfolio with prior written consent from the client.
- This Invoice covers the scope of work as defined in the Statement of Work (SOW) attached to the original engagement contract. Any additional design revisions beyond the agreed two (2) iteration rounds will be billed at the standard UX UI Designer hourly rate of $185.00 NZD per hour.
- All services are delivered in compliance with New Zealand design industry standards and the Privacy Act 2020. User research data collected during testing sessions in New Zealand Auckland will be anonymised and stored securely in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
- Disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated services shall be resolved through mediation in Auckland, New Zealand, in accordance with the New Zealand Disputes Tribunal Act 2012 before any formal legal proceedings are initiated.
- This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the issue date. If payment is not received within the stipulated 30-day period, the UX UI Designer reserves the right to suspend all ongoing work and withhold final deliverables until the outstanding balance is settled.
- All amounts stated in this Invoice are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the current New Zealand rate of 15%, as required by the Inland Revenue Department (IRD).
