Notes & Terms
This Invoice covers all UX UI Designer professional services rendered by Aria Design Studio to Harbour Digital Solutions Ltd during the period of 12 May 2025 to 13 June 2025. All work was performed in and around the Wellington, New Zealand metropolitan area unless otherwise noted in the service description.
All rates quoted are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the current New Zealand rate of 15%. The GST component is itemised separately above as required by the Inland Revenue Department of New Zealand.
Intellectual property for all UX UI design deliverables, including but not limited to wireframes, prototypes, design system assets, and documentation, transfers to the client upon full and final payment of this Invoice. Until such payment is received, all rights remain with Aria Design Studio.
This Invoice is governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated services shall be resolved in the District Court of Wellington, New Zealand. The parties agree to attempt mediation in Wellington before initiating any formal legal proceedings.
