Payment Terms & Conditions
1. Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of this Invoice, i.e., on or before 30 June 2025. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 2% per month as stipulated under Nigerian commercial law.
2. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the First Bank of Nigeria account specified above. Please reference Invoice No. PC-UX-2025-0047 in your transfer remarks.
3. A 50% advance payment (NGN 1,998,750.00) was received on 1 June 2025. The remaining balance of NGN 1,998,750.00 is due by the due date stated on this Invoice.
4. All services rendered by our UX UI Designer team in Nigeria Abuja are subject to the terms outlined in the Master Service Agreement dated 20 May 2025 (Ref: MSA-2025-012).
5. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. Any disputes regarding the charges listed must be raised in writing within seven (7) business days of receipt.

- All UX UI Designer deliverables referenced in this Invoice have been approved by the client's product team as of 10 June 2025. Source files (Figma, Adobe XD) have been transferred via secure cloud storage.
- PixelCraft Design Studio, operating from Nigeria Abuja, retains all intellectual property rights over proprietary design methodologies, templates, and internal tools used during the engagement. All project-specific design assets are the exclusive property of TechNova Solutions Ltd.
- This Invoice has been generated in compliance with the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) guidelines for digital service providers in Nigeria. A Tax Invoice receipt will be issued upon full settlement.
