Important Notes & Terms
- This Invoice is issued by PixelCraft Design Studio, a registered UX UI Designer firm operating in Nigeria Lagos, in accordance with the terms outlined in the Master Service Agreement (MSA) dated 28 April 2025.
- All deliverables referenced in this Invoice have been reviewed and approved by the client's product team. No further revisions beyond the agreed scope are included in this billing cycle.
- Payment is due in full by the stated due date. A late payment penalty of 2% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after 30 June 2025, in compliance with Nigerian commercial law.
- Withholding Tax of 5% has been deducted as required by the Nigeria LIRS. The client is responsible for remitting this amount to the tax authority and providing a withholding tax certificate to our studio within 30 days of payment.
- All intellectual property rights for the UX UI Designer deliverables (wireframes, UI kits, prototypes, and design system components) transfer to TechNova Solutions Ltd. upon full and final settlement of this Invoice.
- For any disputes regarding this Invoice, both parties agree to resolve matters through mediation in Nigeria Lagos before pursuing legal action in the Federal High Court of Lagos State.
