Important Notes Regarding This Invoice
1. This Invoice covers all UX UI Designer services rendered between 12 June 2025 and 14 June 2025 for the E-Commerce Platform Redesign project.
2. All design files, source documents, and intellectual property created by the UX UI Designer become the property of TechNova Solutions upon full payment of this Invoice.
3. The UX UI Designer retains the right to display completed work in their professional portfolio unless a separate non-disclosure agreement is in place.
4. Any additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed separately at the standard UX UI Designer hourly rate applicable in Pakistan Karachi.
5. This Invoice is valid for 60 days from the date of issue. After this period, a revised Invoice may be issued to reflect any applicable tax rate changes in Pakistan.
6. All services were delivered in compliance with the Pakistan IT Board (PTA) guidelines and local data protection regulations applicable in Karachi.
