This Invoice is issued in accordance with the service agreement (Contract Ref: CT-2025-019) between DigitalCraft Studio S.A.C. and Andina Tech Solutions S.A.C. All UX UI Designer services described herein were performed by certified professionals based in Peru Lima and comply with the Peruvian General Tax Law (Ley General de Tributos).
The IGV (Impuesto General a las Ventas) of 18% has been applied as mandated by the Superintendencia Nacional de Aduanas y de Administración Tributaria (SUNAT). This Invoice constitutes a valid fiscal document for tax deduction purposes in Peru.
All intellectual property rights related to the UX UI Designer deliverables, including but not limited to wireframes, design system components, prototypes, and final visual assets, shall transfer to the client upon full and verified payment of this Invoice. No source files will be released prior to settlement.
Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Peru Lima. The parties agree to attempt mediation before initiating any formal legal proceedings.
This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the issue date. After this period, a revised Invoice may be issued reflecting any applicable currency adjustments or updated tax rates in Peru Lima.
