Invoice Terms & Notes
Payment Terms: This Invoice is payable within thirty (30) calendar days from the Invoice date via bank transfer to BDO Unibank, Account No. 1234-5678-9012, in the name of Reyes Digital Design Studio, Philippines Manila. Late payments shall accrue interest at 1.5% per month as stipulated under Philippine tax law.
Scope Confirmation: All UX UI Designer services listed in this Invoice were performed in accordance with the Master Service Agreement dated March 1, 2025, between the parties. The client has accepted all deliverables in writing via email on June 10, 2025.
Tax Compliance: This Invoice is issued in compliance with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) regulations of the Republic of the Philippines. Official Receipt No. OR-2025-00891 has been generated and attached to this document. The UX UI Designer services are subject to 12% VAT as a registered VAT taxpayer in the Philippines Manila jurisdiction.
Revision Policy: Two rounds of revisions are included per deliverable as outlined in the contract. Additional revision cycles beyond the agreed scope will be billed separately at the hourly rate specified in this Invoice.
Confidentiality: All design assets, user research data, and proprietary information shared during the engagement remain the exclusive property of TechNova Solutions Inc. The UX UI Designer agrees to maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with the NDA executed on March 1, 2025.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through mediation in the Philippines Manila jurisdiction, in accordance with the Philippine Rules of Civil Procedure.
