Terms & Conditions – Invoice Payment
This Invoice is issued by Nexus Digital Studio LLC, a registered UX UI Designer services firm operating in Qatar Doha, in accordance with the commercial regulations of the State of Qatar. The following terms govern this Invoice and the associated professional services:
- Payment Terms: Full payment of this Invoice is due within 15 calendar days from the Invoice date (30 June 2025). Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the QNB account specified above. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 2% per month as per Qatar commercial law.
- Scope of Work: All UX UI Designer services described in this Invoice were performed exclusively for Al Rayyan Tech Solutions WLL in Doha, Qatar, during the service period of 01 May 2025 to 31 May 2025. Any additional work beyond the agreed scope will be invoiced separately at the standard rate of QAR 350 per hour.
- Intellectual Property: Upon full and final payment of this Invoice, all deliverables including but not limited to design files, prototypes, design system assets, and documentation created by the UX UI Designer team shall become the exclusive property of the client. Nexus Digital Studio LLC retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio with prior written consent from the client.
- Revisions: This Invoice covers up to three (3) rounds of revisions per deliverable as outlined in the project statement of work. Additional revision cycles will be billed at the standard hourly rate and itemized on a supplementary Invoice.
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary information, user data, and business strategies shared during the engagement in Qatar Doha. This obligation survives the termination of the contract for a period of two (2) years.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated services shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. In the event of unresolved disputes, the matter shall be referred to the competent courts of Doha, Qatar, in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar.
- Invoice Validity: This Invoice remains valid for 90 days from the date of issue. If payment is not received within the due date, the Invoice may be reissued with applicable late fees, and service delivery for any ongoing projects may be suspended until the outstanding balance is settled.
