Invoice Notes
This Invoice covers all UX UI Designer professional services rendered during the period of 01 May 2025 through 31 May 2025 for the project referenced under Contract SOW-2025-117. All deliverables have been accepted in writing by the client's designated representative in Russia Moscow.
Please ensure that the payment reference on your bank transfer matches the Invoice number PC-2025-00482 to facilitate accurate reconciliation. The UX UI Designer team at PixelCraft Design Studio, Russia Moscow, will issue a formal receipt upon confirmation of funds received.
A 2% early payment discount has been applied as per the terms outlined in the master service agreement. This discount is valid only if payment is received on or before 22 June 2025.
Terms & Conditions
1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation regulations and the master service agreement dated 10 April 2025 between PixelCraft Design Studio and TechNova Digital Solutions LLC.
2. Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of this Invoice. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 0.1% per calendar day on the outstanding balance, as stipulated under Russian civil law.
3. All UX UI Designer intellectual property rights, including but not limited to design files, source documents, wireframes, and design system assets, shall transfer to the client upon full and final payment of this Invoice.
4. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated UX UI Designer services shall be resolved through arbitration in the Arbitration Court of the City of Russia Moscow, in accordance with the applicable laws of the Russian Federation.
5. This Invoice does not constitute a warranty or guarantee of future performance. All service-level commitments are governed exclusively by the terms of the referenced Statement of Work.
6. The UX UI Designer services described herein were performed in full compliance with all applicable Russian labor, data protection (152-FZ), and intellectual property laws in effect in Russia Moscow at the time of delivery.
