For payments exceeding 100,000 RUB, a prepayment of 50% is required prior to the commencement of the next service phase. Late payments will incur a penalty of 0.1% per calendar day as stipulated in the master service agreement between the parties operating in Russia Saint Petersburg.
Important Notes Regarding This Invoice
1. This Invoice covers all UX UI Designer services rendered by PixelCraft Design Studio for the period of May 2025. All deliverables have been accepted in writing by the client's project manager on May 30, 2025.
2. All intellectual property rights to the final design assets, wireframes, prototypes, and design system components transfer to the client upon full settlement of this Invoice. Until payment is confirmed, all materials remain the exclusive property of the UX UI Designer and PixelCraft Design Studio.
3. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Federal Law of the Russian Federation on Accounting (No. 402-FZ) and applicable tax regulations governing professional services in Russia Saint Petersburg.
4. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in the Arbitration Court of Saint Petersburg and Leningrad Oblast, Russia.
5. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, a revised Invoice will need to be generated reflecting any applicable rate adjustments.
