Payment & Invoice Notes
This Invoice is payable within 15 calendar days from the issue date via bank transfer to the account specified below. Late payments are subject to a 2% monthly interest charge as per Saudi commercial law. The total amount of 112,125.00 SAR (One Hundred Twelve Thousand One Hundred Twenty-Five Saudi Riyals) includes 15% Value Added Tax as mandated by the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) of Saudi Arabia.
All UX UI Designer services listed in this Invoice were delivered in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and are subject to the intellectual property transfer terms outlined in the master service agreement. Upon full settlement of this Invoice, all source files, Figma projects, and design assets shall be transferred to the client.
Terms & Conditions
- This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for UX UI Designer professional services rendered by PixelCraft Digital Studio in Saudi Arabia Jeddah. Payment is due no later than 30 June 2025.
- All design deliverables referenced in this Invoice are the exclusive intellectual property of PixelCraft Digital Studio until full payment is received. Upon clearance, ownership transfers to Al Noor Technology Solutions LLC.
- The 15% VAT applied on this Invoice is in compliance with the Saudi Arabian Value Added Tax law. A ZATCA-compliant e-invoice receipt will be issued upon payment confirmation.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the commercial courts in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, in accordance with the Saudi Commercial Transactions Law.
- Revisions beyond the scope defined in the project agreement will be billed separately at a rate of 1,200 SAR per hour for additional UX UI Designer work.
- This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the issue date. After this period, a revised Invoice may be issued reflecting any applicable rate adjustments.
