Important Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice covers all UX UI Designer services rendered between 1 March 2025 and 30 May 2025 for the Mobile Banking App Redesign project. No additional charges will be applied for work completed within the agreed scope.
2. All intellectual property rights for the final design deliverables transfer to TechNova Solutions SARL upon full payment of this Invoice. Source files (Figma, Sketch) will be delivered via secure cloud link within 5 business days of payment confirmation.
3. The UX UI Designer team operated primarily from the PixelCraft Studio office in Plateau, Dakar, with on-site visits to the client's premises in Senegal Dakar as required by the project schedule.
4. This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the issue date. After this period, the amounts listed may be subject to revision based on current exchange rates and applicable tax regulations in Senegal.
5. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the competent commercial courts of Dakar, Senegal, in accordance with the OHADA Uniform Act on Commercial Law.
