Notes & Terms of Service
This Invoice is issued by PixelCraft Design Studio, a registered design agency operating in Cape Town, South Africa, in respect of professional UX UI Designer services rendered to Atlantic Digital Solutions (Pty) Ltd during the service period specified above.
- All UX UI Designer deliverables, including but not limited to wireframes, mockups, design system files, and research documentation, remain the intellectual property of PixelCraft Design Studio until full payment of this Invoice has been received and confirmed.
- Upon receipt of full payment, all intellectual property rights to the final deliverables shall transfer to the client in accordance with the signed Service Level Agreement dated 28 April 2025.
- The UX UI Designer services described in this Invoice were performed in compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) 4 of 2013 of South Africa. All user data collected during research and testing phases has been anonymised and stored securely on servers located within South Africa.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa, in accordance with the governing law of the Republic of South Africa.
- This Invoice constitutes a tax invoice as defined by the Value-Added Tax Act 89 of 1991 of South Africa. The VAT amount of R 31,920.00 is claimable by the client as an input tax credit, subject to the provisions of the VAT Act.
- Should the client require additional UX UI Designer services beyond the scope outlined in this Invoice, a separate change order and supplementary Invoice will be issued prior to the commencement of any additional work.
