Terms and Conditions of This Invoice
- This Invoice is issued by PixelCraft Design Studio (Pty) Ltd, a company duly registered in Johannesburg, South Africa, and is subject to the South African Consumer Protection Act (Act 68 of 2008) and the Companies Act (Act 71 of 2008).
- All UX UI Designer services described herein were performed by a qualified UX UI Designer operating within the Johannesburg metropolitan area, South Africa, and comply with the South African Institute of Designers' code of professional conduct.
- Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of issue of this Invoice. Late payments shall attract interest at the rate of 1.5% per month, compounded monthly, in accordance with South African debt collection regulations.
- All intellectual property rights in the UX UI Designer deliverables, including but not limited to wireframes, design systems, prototypes, and visual assets, shall transfer to the client upon full and final settlement of this Invoice.
- The UX UI Designer retains the right to display completed work in professional portfolios and case studies, subject to a thirty (30) day prior written notice to the client, unless otherwise agreed in the master service agreement.
- This Invoice does not constitute a warranty of performance. All UX UI Designer work is provided on an "as is" basis, and the client acknowledges that design outcomes are subject to iterative refinement during the development phase.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the Johannesburg Magistrate's Court or, where the amount exceeds the jurisdictional limit, the High Court of South Africa, Johannesburg Division.
- VAT is charged at the current South African rate of 15% in accordance with the Value Added Tax Act (Act 89 of 1991). The UX UI Designer services are registered for VAT purposes in South Africa.
