- Source files (Figma, Sketch) and all design deliverables remain the exclusive property of the client upon full payment of this Invoice.
- Any additional UX UI design revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed separately at the hourly rate of KRW 150,000 per hour.
- This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the issue date. Payment is due within 30 days of the issue date as specified in the Payment Terms.
