Important Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice covers all UX UI Designer professional services rendered during the period of 1 May 2025 through 31 May 2025. All deliverables have been accepted in writing by the client's project director on 2 June 2025.
2. The UX UI Designer services described herein were performed in compliance with the Spanish Data Protection Regulation (LOPDGDD) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). All user research data collected in Spain Barcelona has been securely stored and will be deleted within 90 days of project completion.
3. Late payments on this Invoice will incur a penalty interest rate of 8% per annum, as stipulated by the Spanish Late Payment Directive (Ley 3/2004) and the EU Directive 2011/7/EU.
4. All intellectual property rights associated with the final design deliverables transfer to the client upon full and final payment of this Invoice. PixelCraft Studio S.L. retains the right to display the work in its professional portfolio.
5. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Spanish Tax Agency (Agencia Tributaria) requirements for electronic invoicing. A digital copy is available upon request at the email address provided above.
6. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the underlying services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain, in accordance with the governing law of Spain.
