Important Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice covers all UX UI Designer services rendered during the period of 01 May 2025 through 30 June 2025. Any additional scope, revisions beyond the agreed three iteration cycles, or extended developer support will be invoiced separately at the standard hourly rate.
2. All intellectual property rights for the final deliverables (design system, UI screens, prototypes, and research documentation) transfer to MedTech Solutions Iberia S.L. upon full payment of this Invoice. PixelCraft Design Studio retains the right to display the project in its portfolio with prior written consent.
3. The UX UI Designer services described herein were performed in compliance with the applicable regulations of Spain Valencia, including data protection requirements under the GDPR and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD). All user research data has been anonymised and stored in accordance with these regulations.
4. Late payments on this Invoice will incur interest at the rate established by Article 20 of the Spanish Late Payment Directive (Ley 3/2004), calculated from the due date until full settlement.
5. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Spanish electronic invoicing regulations (Factura Electrónica) and the applicable provisions of the Ley 58/2003 General Tax Law (Ley General Tributaria).
