Terms: This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the issue date. A late payment surcharge of 2% per month will apply after the due date of 30 June 2025. All services rendered by our UX UI Designer team in Sri Lanka Colombo are subject to the master service agreement dated 01 May 2025.
Deliverables: All source files (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD), design system documentation, and research reports will be transferred upon full settlement of this Invoice. Intellectual property rights transfer to the client upon final payment confirmation.
Tax Note: VAT is charged at the standard Sri Lankan rate of 18% as per the Inland Revenue Department regulations. This Invoice has been issued in compliance with the Sri Lanka Tax Administration Act.
