Invoice Notes & Terms
This Invoice is issued by Nile Digital Studio, a registered UX UI Designer consultancy operating in Sudan Khartoum, in accordance with the service agreement (CTR-2025-SD-112) signed on 28 February 2025. All services rendered by our UX UI Designer team were performed in compliance with Sudanese labor regulations and professional design standards.
The total amount of 677,600.00 Sudanese Pounds (SDG) is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of this Invoice. Payment may be made via bank transfer to Nile Digital Studio's account at Bank of Khartoum, Account No: 0045-7821-3390-1, SWIFT: BKRTSDKH. Please reference Invoice No. NDS-2025-00347 in all correspondence and remittances.
Any dispute regarding the scope, quality, or billing of the UX UI Designer services described in this Invoice must be raised in writing within ten (10) business days of receipt. Failure to remit payment by the due date will incur a late penalty of 1.5% per month, in accordance with Sudanese commercial law.
All intellectual property rights to the final deliverables, including but not limited to wireframes, prototypes, design system components, and visual assets created by the UX UI Designer, shall transfer to the client upon full and final payment of this Invoice. Until such payment is received, all work-in-progress materials remain the exclusive property of Nile Digital Studio.
