Invoice Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice covers all UX UI Designer professional services rendered by PixelCraft Design Studio in Thailand Bangkok during the engagement period of 1 May 2025 to 31 May 2025. All deliverables have been accepted in writing by the client's project manager.
2. The UX UI Designer team consisted of one Lead UX UI Designer and one Senior UX UI Designer, both based and operating in Thailand Bangkok. All on-site work was conducted at the client's premises in Bangkok, Thailand.
3. All intellectual property rights to the final UX UI Designer deliverables, including but not limited to wireframes, prototypes, design systems, and interaction specifications, transfer to the client upon full and final payment of this Invoice.
4. A late payment penalty of 1.5% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date, in accordance with Thai commercial law and the terms of Contract No. CTR-UXUI-2025-034.
5. This Invoice is issued in compliance with the Royal Thai Revenue Department's electronic Invoice regulations. A VAT-registered electronic Invoice (e-Tax Invoice) is available upon request via the Thai government e-Tax Invoice portal.
6. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be governed by the laws of Thailand and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangkok, Thailand.
7. Please retain this Invoice for your company's accounting records. A duplicate copy may be requested from [email protected] within 90 days of the Invoice Date.
