Invoice Terms & Conditions – UX UI Designer Services, Turkey Ankara

This Invoice is issued by PixelCraft Design Studio, a registered UX UI Designer consultancy operating in Turkey Ankara, in accordance with the Turkish Commercial Code and applicable tax regulations. The services rendered under this Invoice encompass the full scope of UX UI Designer deliverables as outlined in the project agreement dated 20 February 2025.

• Payment Terms: Payment of the full Invoice amount of 724,500.00 TRY (Seven Hundred Twenty-Four Thousand Five Hundred Turkish Lira) is due within 15 calendar days from the date of issue. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Turkish commercial law.
• Payment Method: Bank transfer to PixelCraft Design Studio, Ziraat Bankası, IBAN: TR12 0001 0000 9999 9999 9999 99, Ankara, Turkey. Please reference Invoice No. INV-ANK-2025-00472 in your transfer memo.
• Scope of Work: This Invoice covers all UX UI Designer activities performed in Turkey Ankara between 1 March 2025 and 30 May 2025, including user research, wireframing, visual design, prototyping, usability testing, and developer handoff. Any additional revisions beyond the three agreed cycles will be billed separately at the standard UX UI Designer hourly rate of 2,500.00 TRY.
• Intellectual Property: Upon full and final payment of this Invoice, all UX UI Designer deliverables, including but not limited to design files, prototypes, research documents, and the design system, shall be transferred to Ankara Digital Solutions A.Ş. The UX UI Designer retains the right to display completed work in professional portfolios subject to a 90-day embargo period.
• Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary information exchanged during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the project for a period of two (2) years.
• Governing Law: This Invoice and the underlying service agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ankara, Turkey.
• Invoice Validity: This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. If payment is not received by the due date, the Invoice may be reissued with applicable late fees, and the UX UI Designer reserves the right to suspend any ongoing or future services.
