Invoice Notes
This Invoice covers the complete UX UI Designer engagement for the Mobile Banking App Redesign project, executed in Turkey Istanbul between 1 March 2025 and 12 June 2025. All design files, source documents, and project assets have been transferred to the client via the shared Figma workspace and the secure project portal.
The UX UI Designer confirms that all deliverables listed in this Invoice have been accepted in writing by the client's Head of Product, Selin Demir, on 10 June 2025. No outstanding revisions or pending tasks remain under this contract.
Payment is due within 15 calendar days of the issue date. Please reference Invoice Number INV-2025-IST-0472 in your bank transfer to avoid processing delays. IBAN: TR33 0006 4000 0011 2345 6789 01 (Ziraat Bankası, Istanbul Branch).
Terms & Conditions
1. This Invoice is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Istanbul, Turkey.
2. All intellectual property rights to the final UX UI Designer deliverables transfer to the client upon full payment of this Invoice. The designer retains the right to display the work in a professional portfolio with prior written consent.
3. Late payments shall incur a penalty interest of 1.5% per month, calculated from the due date, in accordance with Turkish commercial law (Türk Ticaret Kanunu).
4. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the issue date. After this period, the amounts may be subject to recalculation based on prevailing exchange rates and tax regulations in Turkey Istanbul.
5. The UX UI Designer shall maintain confidentiality of all client data, user research findings, and proprietary information for a period of 24 months following project completion.
