Payment Terms & Conditions
- This Invoice is payable within 14 calendar days from the Invoice date of 15 June 2025. Payment is due no later than 30 June 2025.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to Kampala Digital Design Studio, Bank of Uganda, Account No. 0045-8821-3376, Branch: Kampala CBD, Uganda Kampala.
- All amounts stated in this Invoice are in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) and are inclusive of applicable taxes as per the Uganda Revenue Authority regulations.
- A late payment penalty of 2% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance beyond the due date specified in this Invoice.
- The UX UI Designer services described in this Invoice are considered complete upon client sign-off of all deliverables. No further revisions are included beyond the scope defined in the original service agreement.
- This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, a revised Invoice may be issued reflecting any applicable rate adjustments.
