Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the Invoice date. A late payment penalty of 2% per month shall apply to outstanding balances in accordance with UAE commercial law. All amounts are quoted in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED). This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
Important Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice represents the final billing for all UX UI Designer services rendered between 01 March 2025 and 10 June 2025 under Contract Reference EDS-UX-2025-012.
2. All intellectual property rights to the UX UI Designer deliverables, including but not limited to design files, prototypes, wireframes, and component libraries, shall transfer to the client upon full and final payment of this Invoice.
3. PixelCraft Design Studio LLC is a licensed professional services entity registered with the Department of Economic Development (DED) in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. All services were performed in compliance with UAE labor and commercial regulations.
4. VAT (Value Added Tax) at the standard rate of 5% has been applied in accordance with the Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017 on Value Added Tax in the United Arab Emirates. The Tax Registration Number is stated above for verification purposes.
5. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi.
6. This Invoice is issued electronically and is valid without a physical signature in accordance with UAE Electronic Transactions Law (Federal Law No. 1 of 2006).
