Payment & Invoice Notes
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations of the United Arab Emirates. Payment is to be made via bank transfer to the account below within 15 calendar days of the issue date. Late payments shall accrue interest at 1.5% per month as stipulated in the master service agreement.

Terms & Conditions
1. All UX UI Designer deliverables referenced in this Invoice are the exclusive intellectual property of Al Noor Digital Ventures FZ-LLC upon full and final payment. Source files (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) will be transferred within 5 business days of cleared payment.
2. Any additional scope beyond the agreed Statement of Work will be billed separately at the hourly rates specified above and will require a written change order signed by both parties.
3. This Invoice is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
4. PixelCraft Design Studio LLC reserves the right to display anonymized case-study excerpts of the UX UI Designer work in its portfolio, subject to prior written consent from the client.
5. This Invoice is valid for 60 days from the issue date. After this period, the amounts may be subject to revision based on prevailing exchange rates and applicable tax regulations in the United Arab Emirates Dubai.
