Notes & Additional Information
This Invoice covers the full scope of UX UI Designer services rendered by James Okafor, Lead UX UI Designer at PixelCraft Design Studio Ltd, for the Meridian Digital Solutions e-commerce platform redesign project. All work was conducted in accordance with the project brief agreed upon in the Statement of Work dated 10 March 2025 and executed from our studio in Shoreditch, London, United Kingdom.
All design files, source documents, and project assets remain the intellectual property of PixelCraft Design Studio Ltd until full payment of this Invoice has been received and cleared. Upon settlement, a full transfer of IP rights to Meridian Digital Solutions Ltd will be executed via a separate assignment agreement.
This Invoice has been issued in compliance with HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) requirements for VAT-registered businesses operating in the United Kingdom.
