Terms & Conditions – UX UI Designer Engagement
- This Invoice represents the final and complete billing for all UX UI Designer services rendered by Elena Vasquez, operating as Vasquez Design Studio LLC, to Meridian Financial Technologies, Inc. for the project period specified above. All work was performed in and around the United States Chicago area in compliance with applicable Illinois state and Chicago municipal regulations.
- All intellectual property rights to the final deliverables, including but not limited to wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, design system components, prototypes, and research documentation, transfer to the client upon full and verified payment of this Invoice. The UX UI Designer retains the right to display completed work in professional portfolios and case studies, subject to a 30-day prior written notice to the client.
- Any additional services, scope changes, or revisions beyond the agreed-upon deliverables outlined in this Invoice will be billed separately at the standard UX UI Designer hourly rate of $145 per hour, subject to a written change order signed by both parties.
- This Invoice is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated UX UI Designer services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Cook County, United States Chicago, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
- The client acknowledges that the UX UI Designer has fulfilled all obligations under the master service agreement dated April 15, 2025, and that no further compensation is owed for the services described herein. This Invoice constitutes the final settlement for the referenced project phase.
- Payment must be received in United States Dollars. International wire transfers are not accepted for this Invoice. The client is responsible for any bank fees associated with the transfer.
