Notes & Terms
This Invoice covers all UX UI Designer professional services rendered by Meridian Design Studio LLC to Bayou Digital Solutions Inc. for the period of March 3, 2025 through June 12, 2025. All design work was performed in accordance with the Master Service Agreement (MSA) signed on February 20, 2025, in Houston, Texas, United States.
All intellectual property rights to the final UX UI design deliverables, including but not limited to wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, design system components, and interactive prototypes, transfer to the client upon full payment of this Invoice. Source files in Figma format will be delivered via secure cloud link within three business days of payment confirmation.
This Invoice is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated services shall be resolved through arbitration in Harris County, Houston, Texas, in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.
Meridian Design Studio LLC is a registered limited liability company in the State of Texas, United States, and is in good standing with the Texas Secretary of State. All services described in this Invoice were performed by a licensed and insured UX UI Designer operating out of Houston, Texas.
