Payment Terms & Conditions
Payment Due: Net 30 days from the Invoice date of June 15, 2025. Full payment of $40,400.67 USD is due no later than July 15, 2025.
Payment Method: Wire transfer to Meridian Design Studio LLC, Bank of America, Account ending in 7842, Routing: 121000358. Alternatively, check payable to "Meridian Design Studio LLC" mailed to the United States Los Angeles address listed above.
Late Payment: A late fee of 1.5% per month will be applied to any balance remaining after the due date, in accordance with California Commercial Code Section 2201 and applicable United States Los Angeles municipal regulations.
Disputes: Any disputes regarding this Invoice must be submitted in writing within 10 business days of the Invoice date. Unpaid balances will be subject to collection procedures under the laws of the State of California, United States.
Invoice Notes & Additional Information
This Invoice covers all UX UI Designer professional services rendered between May 1, 2025, and June 10, 2025, for the Pacific Crest Digital Solutions e-commerce platform redesign project. All design work was performed by certified UX UI Designer professionals operating out of the United States Los Angeles design district.
All intellectual property rights to the final design deliverables, including wireframes, prototypes, design system components, and brand integration assets, transfer to Pacific Crest Digital Solutions Inc. upon full payment of this Invoice. Meridian Design Studio LLC retains the right to display completed work in its professional portfolio and case studies, subject to a 90-day embargo period from the date of final delivery.
This Invoice has been prepared in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local tax regulations governing professional services in the United States Los Angeles area. A copy of this Invoice document has been filed with the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration for the 2025 tax year.
