Invoice Notes
This Invoice covers all UX UI Designer professional services rendered by Alexandra Torres of PixelCraft Design Studio for Horizon Digital Solutions LLC during the period of April 1, 2025 through June 10, 2025. All design work was performed in compliance with United States Miami local business regulations and Florida state professional licensing requirements.
All deliverables have been accepted in writing by the client project manager. The final design files, source documents, and intellectual property rights transfer to Horizon Digital Solutions LLC upon full payment of this Invoice.
Payment may be made via ACH transfer, wire transfer, or certified check payable to PixelCraft Design Studio. Please reference Invoice Number PC-2025-00487 on all remittances. For payment inquiries, contact our billing department in Miami, FL at (305) 555-0198.
Terms and Conditions
1. Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the issue date of this Invoice. Late payments will incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge as permitted under Florida Statutes Chapter 559.
2. All UX UI Designer services described in this Invoice are governed by the Master Services Agreement dated March 15, 2025, between PixelCraft Design Studio and Horizon Digital Solutions LLC.
3. This Invoice is subject to the jurisdiction of the State of Florida, United States Miami. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
4. The UX UI Designer retains the right to display completed work in professional portfolios and case studies unless a separate non-disclosure agreement is in effect.
5. All rates quoted in this Invoice are in United States Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of all applicable professional fees. Taxes are calculated based on the service location in United States Miami, Florida.
6. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the issue date. After this period, a revised Invoice may be issued reflecting any applicable rate adjustments.
