Payment Terms & Conditions
Payment Due: Net 30 days from the date of this Invoice. Full payment of $26,094.58 USD is due no later than July 12, 2025.
Payment Method: Wire transfer to Meridian Design Studio LLC, Bank of America, Account No. ****-7842, Routing No. 026009593, or ACH transfer. Checks payable to "Meridian Design Studio LLC" and mailed to the New York City address listed above.
Late Payment: A late fee of 1.5% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date, in accordance with New York State commercial transaction regulations.
Disputes: Any disputes regarding this Invoice must be submitted in writing within 10 business days of receipt. Services rendered prior to the dispute date remain payable.
Notes & Additional Information
This Invoice covers professional UX UI Designer services rendered by Daniel Okafor on behalf of Meridian Design Studio LLC for the period of May 1 through June 10, 2025. All design deliverables, source files, Figma libraries, and documentation referenced in this Invoice have been transferred to Harborview Digital Solutions Inc. upon completion of each milestone.
All work was performed in compliance with the New York City Freelance Isn't Free Act (NYC Administrative Code § 20-330 et seq.), and this Invoice constitutes the formal written contract for services as required by that legislation. The service provider is a qualified UX UI Designer operating legally within the United States, specifically in New York City, and all applicable federal, state, and municipal tax obligations have been accounted for in this Invoice.
