Payment Terms & Conditions
- This Invoice is payable within 15 calendar days from the issue date (30 June 2025) via bank transfer to the account specified above.
- Payment must be made in Uzbek Som (UZS) to the designated account at Tashkent City Bank, Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
- A late payment penalty of 1.5% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date, in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
- Partial payments are accepted; however, the full project scope will not be released until the total Invoice amount is settled in full.
- All services rendered by the UX UI Designer team are subject to the Master Service Agreement (MSA) dated 01 May 2025, executed in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
- Disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration at the Tashkent International Arbitration Centre.
Additional Notes & Scope Clarification
This Invoice covers the complete UX UI Designer engagement for the Navoi Digital Solutions mobile banking platform. All design deliverables have been reviewed and approved by the client's product team in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, as documented in the sign-off sheets attached to the project file.
The UX UI Designer team, led by Senior Designer Dilnoza Rahimova, has completed all milestones within the agreed timeline. The design system and component library are fully documented and ready for integration by the client's development team.
Post-delivery support (30 days) is included at no additional cost. Any scope changes or additional design iterations beyond the agreed deliverables will be invoiced separately at the standard UX UI Designer hourly rate of 450,000 UZS per hour.
