Important Notes Regarding This Invoice
1. This Invoice represents the complete and final billing for all UX UI Designer services rendered by PixelCraft Design Studio in Venezuela Caracas during the period of March 2025 through June 2025. No additional charges will be applied beyond the amounts stated herein.
2. All UX UI Designer deliverables, including Figma files, design system documentation, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs, have been transferred to Corporación Digital Andina C.A. upon final acceptance. Intellectual property rights for the custom UX UI Designer work transfer to the client upon full payment of this Invoice.
3. This Invoice is issued in compliance with the tax regulations of the Servicio Nacional Integrado de Administración Aduanera y Tributaria (SENIAT) of Venezuela. The applicable IVA rate of 16% has been applied as mandated for professional services rendered in Caracas, Venezuela.
4. The UX UI Designer services described in this Invoice were performed in full compliance with the Venezuelan Professional Practice Act (Ley de Ejercicio Profesional) and all applicable design industry standards. The lead UX UI Designer, Carlos Alejandro Mendoza, holds a valid professional license issued by the Colegio de Diseñadores de Venezuela, Caracas chapter.
5.
