Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice covers all UX UI Designer professional services delivered between May 1, 2025, and June 14, 2025, at the client's premises and the studio located in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City.
2. All design files, source documents, and intellectual property created by the UX UI Designer during this engagement will be transferred to the client upon full settlement of this Invoice.
3. Any additional revisions beyond the agreed scope (3 rounds per deliverable) will be billed separately at the standard UX UI Designer hourly rate of 1,500,000 VND per hour.
4. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the issue date. After this period, a revised Invoice may be issued to reflect any applicable tax or regulatory changes in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City.
5. The client acknowledges receipt of all deliverables as listed in the attached Statement of Work (SOW) annexed to the master contract. The UX UI Designer confirms that all work complies with Vietnamese intellectual property law and industry standards.
6. For any disputes regarding this Invoice, both parties agree to resolve matters through mediation in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City before pursuing legal action.
