Important Notes & Veterinary Recommendations
1. Rex must remain on a strict rest regimen for 10 days post-surgery. No running, jumping, or vigorous play is permitted. Leash walks only, limited to 10 minutes twice daily.
2. The Elizabethan collar (cone) must be worn continuously for 14 days to prevent the patient from licking or biting the surgical incision site.
3. Administer all prescribed medications at the exact times indicated. Do not discontinue the antibiotic course early, even if symptoms improve.
4. Monitor the incision site daily for signs of infection: excessive redness, swelling, discharge, or foul odor. Contact our veterinarian immediately if any of these symptoms appear.
5. A second follow-up consultation is recommended in 3 weeks (approximately 6 July 2025) to confirm complete healing and discuss long-term dietary management.
6. This invoice constitutes a valid fiscal document under Moroccan tax law (Code Général des Impôts). Retain it for your personal records and potential insurance reimbursement claims.
