Important Notes from the Veterinarian
1. This Invoice has been issued by a licensed Veterinarian registered with the Nepal Veterinary Council. All procedures were performed in compliance with the Animal Welfare Act of Nepal (2017).
2. The patient "Biscuit" is to be kept on a soft diet for 10 days post dental extraction. Avoid hard treats, bones, and chew toys until the follow-up appointment.
3. Administer all prescribed medications exactly as directed. Do not discontinue antibiotics before completing the full 10-day course.
4. A follow-up visit is scheduled for 22 June 2025 at 10:00 AM at our Kathmandu clinic. Please arrive 15 minutes early for record verification.
5. If you observe excessive bleeding, persistent vomiting, or refusal to eat beyond 48 hours, contact the Veterinarian immediately at +977-1-4765890 (24/7 emergency line).
6. This Invoice is valid for 90 days. After this period, please contact the clinic for a re-issued document.
