This Invoice has been issued by Royal Pet Care Veterinarian Clinic, a licensed and accredited veterinary practice operating in Saudi Arabia Riyadh under the supervision of the Saudi Food & Drug Authority (SFDA) and the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture (MEWA).

Terms & Conditions of This Invoice
1. Payment for this Invoice is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the Invoice date, no later than 30 June 2025. Payment may be made via bank transfer to the clinic's designated account (IBAN: SA03 8000 0000 6080 1016 7519), credit/debit card, or in person at the clinic reception in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
2. A late payment surcharge of 2% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance beyond the due date, in accordance with the commercial regulations of Saudi Arabia.
3. This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Veterinarian clinic reserves the right to reissue the Invoice with updated pricing if applicable.
4. All services rendered by the Veterinarian team at this clinic in Saudi Arabia Riyadh are covered under the clinic's professional liability insurance policy (Policy No. PICC-2024-00987). Any disputes regarding the quality of veterinary care shall be resolved in accordance with the Saudi Arabian Consumer Protection Law.
5. The client acknowledges that all medical procedures and treatments described in this Invoice were performed or prescribed by a licensed Veterinarian in compliance with the Saudi Veterinary Medical Association (SVMA) code of ethics and professional standards.
6. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) e-invoicing regulations. The VAT amount stated herein is calculated at the standard rate of 15% as mandated by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
