Invoice Notes & Service Terms
This Invoice is issued by Kabul Visual Media Productions for professional Videographer services rendered in and around Afghanistan Kabul. All services described herein were performed in accordance with the signed Service Agreement dated 01 June 2025 (Reference: SA-KVM-2025-089).
- All footage and deliverables remain the exclusive intellectual property of the client upon full settlement of this Invoice. The Videographer retains the right to display a 30-second excerpt in their professional portfolio with prior written consent.
- Travel, accommodation, and per diem for the Videographer crew (3 personnel) within Afghanistan Kabul are included in the Equipment & Logistics line item. Any travel beyond a 50 km radius of central Kabul will be billed separately at $85 per day per person.
- Security considerations: All filming locations in Afghanistan Kabul have been assessed for risk. The client acknowledges that the Videographer team operates under standard security protocols and that force majeure events (including but not limited to civil unrest, weather, or government restrictions) may affect the production schedule.
- Raw footage will be retained by the Videographer for 90 days post-delivery and will be securely deleted thereafter unless a separate storage agreement is executed.
- This Invoice is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Late payments will incur a 2% monthly interest charge as per Afghan commercial law.
