Important Notes & Terms of Service
1. This invoice covers all videographer services rendered for the Atlas Events Annual Corporate Gala 2025, held in Algiers, Algeria. No additional charges will be incurred beyond the scope described above unless a written change order is signed by both parties.
2. All raw footage and final edited deliverables remain the intellectual property of Sahara Visual Productions until full payment of this invoice is received. Upon clearance of payment, full commercial usage rights are transferred to the client.
3. The videographer team reserves the right to use up to 10 seconds of event footage in their professional portfolio and showreel, provided the client's branding is not compromised. Written opt-out may be requested prior to the event date.
4. Weather-dependent aerial videography (drone) may be rescheduled at no additional cost if Algerian meteorological conditions or aviation authority restrictions prevent safe operation on the scheduled date in Algiers.
5. This invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, a revised invoice reflecting any applicable price adjustments will be issued.
6. All services are governed by the laws of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent commercial courts of Algiers, Algeria.
