Important Notes
1. All videographer services described in this invoice were performed in compliance with the regulations of the City of Buenos Aires and the National Government of Argentina. The videographer and all crew members held valid professional credentials and insurance coverage for the duration of the engagements.
2. Raw footage and project files will be retained by the videographer studio for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of final delivery. After this period, all media will be securely deleted in accordance with Argentine data protection law (Ley 25.326).
3. This invoice is issued in accordance with the Argentine Federal Administration of Public Revenue (AFIP) electronic invoicing system (Sistema de Facturación Electrónica). The corresponding electronic invoice (Factura Electrónica) has been generated and is available for download via the AFIP portal.
4. Any disputes regarding the services rendered or the amounts stated in this invoice should be directed to the undersigned videographer or the studio's legal representative within Buenos Aires, Argentina. All matters shall be governed by the civil and commercial laws of the Argentine Republic.
5. This invoice does not include travel expenses for locations outside the City of Buenos Aires. Should the client require the videographer to travel to other provinces in Argentina, additional charges will be quoted separately and require prior written approval.
